What These Terms Cover

1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) account on oq99. Registration is free and requires a valid mobile number or email address. By creating an account, you take full responsibility for all activity occurring under your credentials.

Password & Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your oq99 login credentials. Withdrawal Policy

Wagering Requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oq99 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data or personal information resulting from third-party actions outside oq99's control.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform, including downtime caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

oq99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the player has breached any of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful behaviour, attempted to harm the platform or other users, or provided false registration information. In cases of suspected money laundering or fraud, oq99 may freeze account balances pending investigation and is under no obligation to release funds until the matter is fully resolved.

Players may voluntarily close their oq99 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigation is pending.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between a player and oq99 arising from or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with oq99 customer support in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration. oq99's decisions on all matters relating to gameplay, account standing, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to review only where a clear and demonstrable platform error has occurred. Players accept that by using oq99 they irrevocably submit to this dispute resolution process.

Your continued use of oq99 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to arrange account closure.
