About oq99
Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform — built for players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and beyond.
Our Mission
oq99 was founded with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players access to a world-class online gaming experience that is safe, fair, and enjoyable. We believe every player deserves a platform they can genuinely trust — one that keeps their personal data secure, processes their winnings without delay, and gives them a fair chance at every game they play.
At oq99, our mission extends beyond entertainment. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across Bangladesh, ensuring that every interaction on our platform is transparent, fair, and governed by the highest standards of player protection. We continuously invest in technology and support structures to maintain an environment where players can enjoy themselves without worry.
Our Story
oq99 was built by a team of gaming and technology professionals who recognised a clear gap in the Bangladeshi market: local players had limited access to a reliable, mobile-first casino platform that actually understood their needs. Payments in BDT, support in their time zone (BST, UTC+6), and games that reflect the sports and culture they love — these were not optional extras. They were the foundation.
From its earliest days, oq99 has grown by listening to its players. Feedback from members across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh shaped every feature update, every payment method addition, and every new game category we launched. Today, oq99 stands as one of Bangladesh's most recognised online gaming destinations, with a rapidly growing community of players who return because they trust what we have built.
Who We Serve
oq99 is built exclusively for adults aged 21 and above in Bangladesh. Our platform is designed with the Bangladeshi player in mind — from the language of our support team to the payment methods we accept. Whether you are a cricket enthusiast placing a bet on the BPL or a slots fan spinning through Pragmatic Play titles, oq99 has a space for you.
We serve casual players who enjoy a game of Teen Patti after work, serious cricket bettors tracking every T20 World Cup match, and live casino enthusiasts who prefer the atmosphere of real dealers over automated play. Whatever your style, oq99 is designed to meet you where you are — on a phone screen, in portrait mode, at any time of the day or night.

Fairness
Every game on oq99 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that outcomes are genuinely random and never manipulated. We are committed to fair play for every single player on the platform.
Player Safety
We take responsible gaming seriously. oq99 provides self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and a dedicated support channel for players who feel they need help managing their gaming activity.
Continuous Improvement
Player feedback drives every update we ship. We actively listen to our community — through support tickets, reviews, and direct conversations — and use that input to improve the oq99 experience month after month.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
oq99 is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 and above. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a solution to personal difficulties. That is why we build responsible gaming tools directly into our platform — not as afterthoughts, but as core features that every player can access at any time.
If you ever feel that gaming is no longer fun — or that it is taking up more time and money than you intended — we encourage you to use our self-exclusion and limit-setting tools, or to reach out to our support team at any time. More information is available on our Responsible Gaming page. Please gamble responsibly.
